May 2011 Newsletter

Dear [FIRSTNAME]

May is now upon us and we have certainly had some pretty rough weather lately.  Today is no better and cold enough for the heater.

Emma (one of my granddaughters) and I have just done the round trip to Okahune, New Plymouth and Hamilton and after all that we were not allowed up the mountain to where the snow was as there were gale force winds so one disappointed wee girl but we had a good time and I got the chance to meet some of our customers.

Easter was a busy time again for us with two big markets one in Taupo on the Saturday and Acacia Bay on the Sunday and we were so lucky as the rain held off both days.

Our new merino hoodies are proving to be very popular and it is very rewarding to see how many are selling, thanks to you all for purchasing them plus all our waterproof gear is selling like hot cakes and the ladies are flat stick trying to keep up with all the orders.

PRODUCT WITHDRAWAL:-  As we have now released our new lined waterproof jacket and it is way more popular, we have withdrawn the lined jacket with the half zip, but any orders outstanding at the time of this newsletter will be honoured as they are already out with our sewers or on their way to you now.

Kruizey Baby's new logo and label is slowly being introduced as the new stock is being made.

The Gum Boots should be in stock really soon as we have heard from our suppliers and they are now back in their warehouse and working frantically to get all the orders out.

We are not doing a lot of tickie touring for the next couple of months as have so much on our plate as you (our wonderful customers) are keeping us very busy and we are also building up for the National Agriculture Fieldays in June in Hamilton as this is one of our biggest shows.

Tamahere Market on Saturday 21st May. A great place to get top quality products and yummy food.

We have decided to do the ASG Parent and Child Show in Auckland this year which is on from the 30th September to the 2nd October and we will have lots of new and exciting products there.

We will also be in Taupo from 4th to the 7th October as we have been invited to have a stand at the NZ Snow Industries Federation Trade Show, which is awesome for us as we will be exhibiting with some of the countries top labels so it will be heads down to get some new designs ready for that also.   If any of you have any ideas for the waterproof clothing please let us know.
